How to get to Lugano

Lugano is extremely easy to reach with several means of public transportation (the railroad, the regional Lugano-Airport) and also by means of private transport (the A2 motorway).

The city is in a strategic, geographic position, situated in Ticino – an alpine Canton bordering on Lombardy, which is one of the Italian regions among the most important in Europe from an industrial standpoint. That gives the advantage of being connected with 2 big financial metropolis and cultural capitals – Milan and Zurich, that may be conveniently reached respectively in 1 hour and 2.5 hours.
